1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between the user ("Member" or "You") and ibayar88 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs the use of the website, mobile application and all services provided by ibayar88.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM30 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM50 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the method chosen and the verification process.
• ibayar88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal as a standard security measure.
• All transactions are processed using the same name as registered on the account. ibayar88 does not accept third-party payments.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

ibayar88 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. The use of bonuses is subject to specific conditions that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.

The ibayar88 Welcome Bonus gives a bonus of 200% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. A wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in immediate suspension of the account, forfeiture of any remaining balance and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.

ibayar88 is not liable for any indirect losses, consequential losses or loss of opportunity suffered by members in the use of this platform. ibayar88's maximum liability in any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international legal principles governing online gambling operations. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure that use of the ibayar88 platform complies with the local laws and regulations in force in their area of residence.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be set aside only to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
